Refund Policy
Vidapure Refund Policy 

Our Return Policy is simple. We stand behind our products 100%. Any unopened Vidapure products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of date of purchase for a full refund - and Vidapure will pay the shipping on the return.

All returns must be authorized by Vidapure by contacting Customer Service with a refund request. Customer Service will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once issued, you will get a return label via email from the Vidapure Customer Service team, (so please be sure we have you correct / most current email on file).
Please display the RMA # on the outside shipping carton and include your order number in the box with the product(s) you are returning.

Once your return is processed your refund will be applied to your original form of payment. 
  • Packages that are returned without an RMA number will experience a delay in processing.
  • The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Product:
If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date. Vidapure will issue a pre-paid return label(s) for returns due to Vidapure error, warehouse error,or product defects (an appearance, odor, taste, or texture that is abnormal). Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by Customer Service. We take seriously every instance of shipping damage or any production failure, therefore we may want to inspect the unusable product for quality control. 

Undelivered Product
In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete please contact us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date.
