The start of your program begins with our Vidapure classic shake.


Metabolism Reboot is a key element to beginning your weight loss journey. Each shake should be consumed at 4 to 6 hours intervals. The Metabolism Reboot ends in 3 days - then you can start experimenting and trying different shakes! You can continue with liquid nutrition incorporating enhanced Shakes (example: 10 day take off) or you can make transition from liquid nutrition to a regular balanced clean and lean meals (example: Reboot and Reduce). Vidapure's formula makes it ideal to accept any variety of flavors. Whether you prefer a sweet fruit smoothie, or enjoy savory shakes with vegetables – you can try out a new shake every day.

Start your Program here


  • 8 to 10 oz. of your choice filtered water, unsweetened Almond milk, soy milk, low fat or skim milk.
  • 8 tablespoons of Vidapure
  • Combine in your Vidapure Blender Bottle and enjoy!
  • Optional: to insure an adequate intake of essential omega-3 fats, we suggest adding 1 tsp of olive, flaxseed or walnut oil.


Pro Tip:  The Classic shake can be flavored with cinnamon or any spice of choice, unsweetened cocoa powder, even instant coffee! You may also add extracts like vanilla, lemon, orange or almond.

Perfect Pumpkin

  • 8 - 10 oz. of unsweetened almond milk original or low fat or skim milk
  • 8 tablespoons of Vidapure
  • 1/4 cup plain pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg  
  • 1 tsp. of pure maple syrup to sweeten (may substitute 1/4 tsp Stevia is desired)
  • Blend and serve!

 

             

Vida-Colada

 

  • 8 oz. of unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
  • 4 oz. of Coconut water
  • 8 tablespoons of Vidapure
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp. of coconut extract
  • Blend and Serve

 






Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

a twist on a childhood favorite
  • 8 -10 oz. of unsweetened Almond milk, low fat or skim milk
  • 8 tablespoons of Vidapure
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or mixed frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon PB2
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth

 

             

 

             

The Green Monster

  • 8 oz. of filtered water of unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 tablespoons of Vidapure
  • 2 stalks kale
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 strip lemon rind

Chocolate Covered Cherry Smoothie

  • 10 oz. unsweetened almond milk or low fat skim milk
  • 8 tablespoons of Vidapure  
  • 1 cup of frozen pitted cherries
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey to sweeten    
  • (may substitute honey or 1/4 tsp Stevia is desired)
  • Blend and Serve     

Banana Butternut 

  • 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk original or Vanilla flavor or low fat or skim milk
  • 8 tablespoons of Vidapure
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 cup ice
  • Place in blender - blend until smooth

Spinach Pear Smoothie

  • 10 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 tablespoons of Vidapure
  • 1/2 Cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Pear
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Blend until smooth

              


Blueberry Bombshell 

 

  • 8-10 oz. filtered water or unsweetened almond milk (original or vanilla flavor
  • 8 Tbsp. of Vidapure
  • 3/4 cup blueberries ( fresh or frozen) 
  • 1 tsp. orange zest                  
  • 1 tsp. honey                           
  • 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed          
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract   
  • 1 cup ice if desired         

 



 

             

Orange Creamsicle

  • 6 oz. of  unsweetened Almond milk Original or Vanilla flavor
  • 6 oz. of orange juice
  • 8 tbsp. Vidapure
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • optional:  1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Shake in your Vidapure blender bottle and enjoy!

 

              



Vida Iced Coffee 

  • 4 - 6 oz.. of unsweetened Almond milk
  • 4 - 6 oz.. of cold coffee
  • 8 tablespoons of Vidapure
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp. of Stevia if more sweetness is desired
  • Place in blender bottle - shake until smooth

A favorite - Banana 'n Blueberry

  • 8-10 oz. filtered water or unsweetened almond milk (original or vanilla flavor)
  • 8 Tbsp. of Vidapure
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries ( fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
